Support

We read every message ourselves.

There is no ticket number and no chatbot here. Email us and a person on the circle team reads it and replies. Tell us what happened and what you expected to happen — a screenshot helps more than a long description.

Before you write

Most questions have a quick answer inside the app:
  • Can't sign in? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the link we email you. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then use Resend email verification.
  • Want to change your name or username? Profile → settings.
  • Notices too noisy? Profile → settings, where you can switch story notifications off.
  • Want to leave circle? Profile → settings → Delete my account.

Reporting a problem or objectionable content

circle is invite-only, so we depend on you telling us when something in your circle is wrong. Email us with:
  • The username of the person or content involved.
  • What the problem is, in your own words.
  • A screenshot if you can — it lets us find the right item quickly.
We review reports ourselves and act on them, up to and including removing an account. We don't publish the outcome to anyone but you.

Questions about your data

If you want a copy of what circle holds about you, want something corrected, or want your account and photos gone, email us from the address on your account. These requests are handled by hand, so give us a few days. Deleting your account yourself is faster and does the same thing: Profile → settings → Delete my account.

For App Store reviewers

A reviewer account is available in App Store Connect's review notes. Sign in from the sign-in screen with the email and password supplied there. The account already has one accepted circle member and sample posts, stories and comments, so the feed is populated immediately. Account deletion is at Profile → settings → Delete my account; please test it on a fresh account rather than the prepared one, so the sample content stays available for the rest of the review.

Not for emergencies

If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. Email is not a fast channel and we can't help in an emergency.
